Grand Cypress Hollow offers multiple options in the event of rain. Couples may choose to rent a tent through a third-party rental company for outdoor coverage, or the ceremony and reception may be moved inside the barn depending on the setup and guest count.

Because your event date is reserved specifically for you, cancellations due to weather are not permitted. Our team will work with you to help create the best possible experience regardless of weather conditions.

Yes. Grand Cypress Hollow allows clients to bring in a licensed caterer or food vendor of their choice. We do not provide food or beverage services, which gives you the flexibility to select the catering company that best fits your event, style, and budget.

For the safety of our guests and property, all caterers and food vendors must provide proof of business liability insurance along with any required state or local licenses or permits before the event date. This helps ensure that all food services are properly licensed, insured, and operating according to applicable regulations.

Package details may vary based on event duration, venue access, and additional services requested. We would be happy to discuss your vision, answer your questions, and help you find the package that best fits your special day.

All events must end by 9PM. that includes clean-up, and exit of all guests.

Because event dates are reserved specifically for each client, all payments and deposits are non-refundable. Once a date is booked, Grand Cypress Hollow removes that date from availability and may turn away other potential events.

If a cancellation occurs and we are able to rebook the same date with another event, a partial credit or rescheduling option may be considered at management’s discretion.
